Do you suffer from back or neck pain? The Alexander Technique complements medical care and helps you identify and change the movement patterns that cause tension and discomfort in your daily life.

What is the Alexander Technique?

The Alexander Technique is a method of body re-education that teaches you to recognise and release unnecessary tension accumulated in your body over time.

Through awareness of movement and natural coordination, you learn to use your body more efficiently, reducing effort and restoring balance and calm.

It is not about exercises or fixed postures, but rather an experiential learning process that you integrate into every activity of your daily life.
